At Himalayan Saltway, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers:
- Inspection
- Repackaging
- Administrative costs
The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift:

- If a refund is issued, return shipping + restocking fee will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
